Total Vision Center is an independently family owned Optometry practice. Dr. Thomas Woytta has been practicing Optometry since 1973. He opened his first practice in 1977 and has been in private practice ever since. Dr. Arlene Barton has been employed by Total Vision Center since 2010 and has been practicing Optometry since 1991. The New Baltimore location has been opened since 2008. The Total Vision Center staff has over 50 years of combined experience fitting, adjusting, and administering glasses and contacts.
